WARRANTIES
ASOLO® Footwear is warranted against defect in workmanship and materials for one year from the date of purchase. Only original Asolo® materials and workmanship are covered under Warranty.
If you feel your Asolo® Footwear may have a quality defect, bring them together with your receipt to your Asolo dealer, who will send it to Asolo® Warranty Service.
Any Asolo® products to be warranted must be returned to Asolo® for evaluation. Upon Asolo® has the option to replace the product, if it results covered under Warranty, or, in the other case, can repair it at the expenses of the customers.
Damages due to normal wear and tear will be repaired at a reasonable price.
The warranty will not cover outside influences such as cuts, stretching and damage from heating devices, normal wear and tear and use for other than what the footwear was intended.

Gore-Tex®
Regarding the lining in Gore-Tex®, the Warranty given directly by the Company "Gore" is in force; "Gore" has a Customer Service Office in each country.
Asolo ® recommends choosing carefully fit and size of the shoes, so that the foot is comfortably locked in place. In this way the foot can't move inside and the problems of wear and tear of the Gore-Tex® lining will be eliminated.
It is a good rule to take always out the footbed after every backpacking tour, also in order to remove gravel that may have got into the boot and that could damage the Gore-Tex® membrane while walking.
